Plasma Fine Bubble
JIFSI has been researching Plasma Fine Bubble (PFB) technologies and their benefits for agriculture and commercial use. Their (PFB) solution has shown tremendous benefits in disinfection, deodorization, and decomposition of organic deposits in plumping. This has led to an agreement with Japan Railway to install their proprietary PFB technology in the bathrooms of 2 railway stations (Tokyo and Shinagawa Stations) by the end of March 2024, with the possibility of expanding to all 624 stations if successful.
PFAS (Per- and Poly-Fluoroalkyl Substances)
Using JIFSI’s proprietary Plasma Filter (PF) technology, Japan's Ministry of Economy and Industry (METI) affiliated entity IAS conducted PFAS tests in February 2024. The wastewater used in the test was collected from effluent stream in a semiconductor manufacturing firm (NFI) with which Nohmi (see below) has a service contract.
Test results showed significant degradation of PFAS using the JIFSI provided plasma filter device.
Nohmi has agreed to contract with JIFSI for the design/fabrication of larger-scale (bench-scale) prototype device, with the intention of completing the design, fabrication, and deliver the larger device by the end of March 2024.
Nohmi is a leading (TSE-listed) manufacturer, installer, servicing company specializing in water treatment and fire suppression systems.
Tellapure and JIFSI have shared equity interests and mutually exclusive geographic rights to each other’s technologies around the world. Tellapure has the exclusive right to commercialize JIFSI cold plasma technologies in North America, the Middle East and North and South America, and most of Europe. JIFSI has retained its rights in Asia and Australia.
